This beautiful Flamingo quilt is handmade using a carefully selected range of flamingo tropical cotton fabric, showing flamingos, palm trees and tropical flowers.
Bright and colourful with yellows, pinks, white, greens, plum, pinks etc this is perfect for a crib, or lap.
Can also be used as a changing mat/playmat for a little one.
A eco friendly anti allergenic Soft & Bright needleed polyester batting has been sandwiched between the front and back.
I have created a flamingo and palm tree and then appliqued them onto a stippled white fabric.
The back fabric is a green and white  floral leaf cotton fabric.
Bound with a handmade royal blue cotton bias binding.
The quilt has then been quilted using the stitch in the ditch technique.
Measuring approx 40" wide by 38" inches length (102cm x 96 cm) this is a perfect baby shower gift, or gift for new parents that can be used as an heirloom.
