If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Sue Willimer’s (Woo's Crafts) relationship with you in relation to this website.

PERSONALISED DESIGNS

All personalised designs need to be confirmed, ideally by email. Some items you can order in specific colour schemes, wording etc. Once you have decided what you wish to order, should it not be available to purchase already online, send me an email to discuss. From there, once you have given me the go ahead, we can arrange payment. Please check all spelling and information that you provide to me as I can not take responsibility for any mistakes. If you are concerned or would like to talk to me about the personalisation of any products, then please email me at woosbagsandcrafts@sky.com.

Colours
While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in my images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting, photo processing software and other factors it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy.

PAYMENTS

Paying for your handmade items at Woo's Crafts is really simple. All you need to do is click the add to cart button next to the item(s) you would like to purchase and it will be added to your cart. When you have finished shopping, click on the view cart button and you with be able to proceed to checkout. Payments are accepted via Paypal. Paypal is a universally accepted and trusted method of online banking and accepts all major credit cards and you do not have to be a member to use it. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please ensure that your address details are correct, in particular if you have a Paypal account and may have an old address linked. I do not accept personal cheques but I do accept BACs payments if you would prefer to pay by cash. You will need to message prior to ordering and I will send an invoice with banking details set out, on receipt of payment I will confirm via message and proceed with your order. Woo's Crafts does not take any responsibility for items sent to an address which has been incorrectly supplied by you.

If for some reason you experience any problems with the shopping cart, or do not receive a confirmation email then please either email me at woosbagsandcrafts@sky.com and I will rectify the situation.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

I aim to process your order as swiftly as possible. If the item is in stock then it will be sent out within 3 days, but made to order designs will be completed and sent within 14 days. The normal turnaround is 5-7 working days, but do allow up to the full 14, especially during busy periods. If in the unlikely event that this may take longer than normal, we shall inform you immediately. If you require your order for a specific date, please contact me and I will endeavour to meet your needs.

Postage is based on weight.

Items are sent by First Class Royal Mail within the UK and International Standard for the total of items under £30, and International Tracked and Signed for total value of sales of £30 plus.

All orders are gift wrapped in some tissue paper as standard.

ITEM DESCRIPTION

Items are described as accurately as possible. As all items have been designed and handmade exclusively by me, no two items will be exactly the same. All products are made in a smoke and pet free environment, namely my homebased studio in South Wales.

ERRORS AND MISTAKES
While I strive to provide an error-free website, the information on this website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. I cannot guarantee that all contents herein are 100% accurate and/or complete, including prices, product information, production specifications and product compatibility.

RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you receive your item and you are unhappy with it, please contact me within 7 days and I will make every effort to resolve any problem. Returns are at your cost and no return postage costs will be refunded. The costs of your items will be refunded, if desired, on receipt of the returned goods. These goods must be returned to me as new, and within 21 days of the initial contact made with me regarding the return.

Personalised, custom, handmade to order items are non returnable unless deemed faulty.

Any redistribution or reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited other than the following:

you may print or download to a local hard disk extracts for your personal and non-commercial use only
you may copy the content to individual third parties for their personal use, but only if you acknowledge the website as the source of the material

You may not, except with our express written permission, distribute or commercially exploit the content. Nor may you transmit it or store it in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.

All intellectual property rights existing in our designs and products (and in the images, text and design of this website) are and will remain the property of Sue Willimer of Woo's Crafts. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.

I reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
